Sales policy
1. PRICES :
All prices are in Canadian dollars
Transportation and delivery costs as well as applicable sales taxes are not included.
MOODROOM reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on www.moodroom.ca without notice to the customer.
2. PRODUCT DELIVERY :
MOODROOM will ship products to the address given at the time of order, unless otherwise stated.
The customer is responsible for all delivery costs.
Delivery time and costs may vary according to the destination and shipping method.
MOODROOM does not guarantee the availability of products offered on www.moodroom.ca
The purchase price (including taxes) and shipping costs will be charged to the credit card account at the time of order.
For all products shipped outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for all customs and/or freight charges.
3. PRODUCTS RETURN :
Products purchased on www.moodroom.ca may be returned at any time before the end of the 20th day following receipt of the merchandise. Please send returned products in their original packaging to the following address : 4710, rue St Ambroise H4C2C7 Montréal.
The invoice must be included.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and risks when returning products to MOODROOM. However, if products ordered through www.moodroom.ca have arrived to their destination either defective or damaged, MOODROOM will assume all transport costs providing the products are returned by a courier that guarantees the risk of loss and damage.
Upon receipt of returned products, MOODROOM will credit the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) of the returned products to the credit card account number provided at the time of purchase, providing that the returned products are received by MOODROOM in the same condition that they were delivered to the customer and in their original packaging.
